Cancellation Policy:

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:
    1. For cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
    2. For cancellations made after 24 hours but before shipment, a refund will be initiated within the next 48 hours.
    3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after the item has been dispatched for delivery.
    4. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date.

 

Quality Inspection and Verification:

  1. InLiq India offers a paid quality inspection and verification service for customers who have doubts about the condition or authenticity of an item.
  2. Customers can request an inspection before making a purchase decision. The inspection fee is non-refundable.
  3. Inspections are conducted by qualified professionals and aim to provide accurate information about the item's condition and specifications.

 

Delivered Items and Returns:

  1. Due to the nature of our business involving second-hand, unused industrial items, refunds for delivered items will not be provided.
  2. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before making a purchase.
  3. Items damaged during transit or items delivered with defects may be eligible for replacement, subject to verification by our quality assurance team.
  4. For replacement requests, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our team will assess the request and provide further instructions.

 

Dispute Resolution:

  1. In cases of disputes or discrepancies, customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team for resolution.
  2. We will strive to address concerns and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  3. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, customers may choose to pursue mediation or legal remedies as applicable by law.
