Buyers

InLiq platform is designed in very user-friendly way, following is the video to register in easy steps as a buyer.

No. InLiq does not charge anything to buyer. They just need to fill in the information before logging in to help InLiq offer you product as per your preferences. Also registration is required for starting a dialogue with seller using InLiq.

No. You will not get invoice from InLiq. You will be get invoiced by seller directly in line with the terms and agreement done with the seller by you. No money is transacted through InLiq, it is purely done between buyer and seller. However, once invoice is generated, the Seller Needs to update the status as “Sold” which is very simple steps process to avoid getting calls from other prospects after the listed item is sold.

No. We simply offer a platform for buyers and sellers to meet in the best way possible. As such any warranties will be described and offered by the seller, varying from item to item and seller to seller. Surplus equipment is most often sold “as is”, and we therefore encourage you to question the seller about any faults or conditions before buying. We also encourage the use of our trusted third-party services for thorough inspections required.

Right on the top of the main page, the search option is given, just type your keyword and the system will suggest you the matching listed items in the drop down. Also, you can navigate from Categories which is on left panel of main page. There are many other options like vendor wise, industry wise etc.

InLiq has no legal obligation or direct involvement related to any transaction. Every transaction is between buyers and sellers. If you have a complaint, we request you to contact the other party as soon as possible. We can help you with the listing which the seller has done on the site, or any other assistance related to data such as chat history etc. You need to write us on support@inliq.in for such requirement on InLiq.

The listing is done mostly on real time bases after the due verification from our back end. We have a team for verification for each listing round the clock. However, we guarantee to list your items not more than 12 hours in case we found some anomalies in the verification.

No and Yes. It is between buyer and seller how the deal is closed. However, if requested from buyer, we provide logistic support with our trusted partners to deliver the items from seller to buyer with additional charges according to product and distance.

Before listing the product, InLiq asks the seller to put high-quality photos & detailed description to help buyer get the maximum information. Item shown on the website is most often “as is” condition and we therefore encourage you to question the seller about any faults or conditions before buying. We also encourage the use of our trusted third-party services for thorough inspections required.

No. Currently that feature is not available. But shortly there will be an option to navigate your search to new product if you are not able to find the required listing on existing listed items. But there is one option available wherein you can add the details of the items you require and not available, InLiq will contact all the registered sellers for your requirement and update you regularly.

Sellers

No. There are no charges for listing 10 items per seller, however, for unlimited listing and other benefits which comes with premium option, seller can go for premium services with very nominal charges.

The listing is done mostly on real time bases after the due verification from our back end. We have a team for verification for each listing round the clock. However, we guarantee to list your items not more than 12 hours in case we found some anomalies in the verification.

The more information you are giving for your listing, the more are the chances of you getting searched. As the search works on the keywords which you put in while listing. So, we suggest, please add maximum details available for the items, and maximum photographs you can put in each angle and details with a buyer’s perspective. Other optional service which InLiq provide which features your listing on the front page and keeps on top for the buyers who search related to your listing. Yes. There is an option available on each listing to share with any other platform. There will be a link generated once you share which will redirected to your listing on InLiq. And we recommend you do so to increase your chances of liquidation of your listing.

No. It is totally up to you and the buyer. InLiq plays no active role in the deal done between buyer and seller. At the time of closure of listing, InLiq asks you to provide the final price just for reference for other buyers to help them in understanding the trend.

If your item is sold, you must follow some simple steps to update your listing as “Sold”. We recommend doing the same to avoid the calls you will get after the item is sold. Also, if the item is not sold in 6 Months, it will automatically di-listed from the website. (Which we never want to happen!!)

Registration

Just 3 mandatory things required for registration – Name, Mail ID & Phone Number. All other details asked are optional. However, we recommend you to fill maximum possible details for better communication and visibility on the main page of InLiq which will lead to higher chances of your listing to be liquidated.

Yes. He/She just needs to give additional details of your company.

No. Your information is guarded by our IT team very tightly, and in no case, it will be shared/leaked to anyone. If required for cases like logistic, inspection, quality etc., you will be asked to contact the other party. It will not be distributed to anywhere else in any form.

General About InLiq

▪ MRO inventory comprises the consumable materials, equipment and other industrial supplies which are needed for Maintenance, Repair & Operation activities in any organisations. It is the inventory which is used for production but, unlike raw material, it is not incorporated into a company’s finished product.
▪ Excess MRO inventory or equipment not only block the cash in any organisation, it also depreciates over the time and need liquidation once it is identified as surplus or excess. The liquidation helps in cash inflow which company can use in maximise the operation/production which in turns benefit the company.

▪ In India, so many small to large scale company scrap the surplus material/equipment due to various reasons. This surplus material/equipment are sold on unit weight basis or some similar mass-based trades are done. Either they are melted down or landfilled which eventually affect the environment. InLiq offers the better way to reuse surplus/excess material which leads to energy conservation by avoiding scrapping and melting and less energy used to make new equipment/material where excess/surplus equipment/material would suffice.

No. We will never share any of your details with any third party or even buyers or sellers. We will use your information for any new update on InLiq or our new development which may help you liquidate your MRO inventory or equipment in better way.

Although each and every listing goes under very stringent review by our back end team before going live on InLiq, if you still fill like it is any suspicious listing or you found out after talking to the seller, you can report it using “Report” button below every listing. Or you can write directly to support@inliq.in with subject “Fraudulent Listing found in InLiq”

InLiq is not directly involved currently in money transaction between buyer and seller. We strongly recommend you ensure all the details about seller before carrying out any transaction with seller.

Camera permission is required to click the photographs of your listing. Location permission is required to give you the best possible buyer/seller according to your current location and narrow down the range of your geographic area. Notification permission is required for you to know if any buyer/seller is matching your requirement. However, notification permission is optional, but we recommend you to keep it on to miss any important notification of your listing.
