Shipping Costs and Logistics
:

  1. Shipping and logistics for purchased items are the responsibility of the buyer.
  2. The shipping charges will be determined based on the size and weight of the item to be shipped.
  3. InLiq India will engage third-party logistics providers for shipping purposes and will pay the shipping charges directly to the chosen provider.

Shipping Process:

  1. After a purchase is confirmed and payment is received, InLiq India will initiate the shipping process.
  2. The buyer will be notified of the estimated shipping timeline and expected delivery date.
  3. InLiq India will work with the chosen third-party logistics provider to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of the item.

Shipping Charges:

  1. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the size and weight of the item, as well as the shipping destination.
  2. The buyer will be informed of the shipping charges before confirming the purchase.
  3. Shipping charges will be added to the total order amount and billed to the buyer.

Delivery Timeline:

  1. The estimated delivery timeline will be provided to the buyer at the time of purchase.
  2. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as transportation issues or natural disasters, may occur. InLiq India will communicate any such delays to the buyer promptly.

Tracking Information:

  1. InLiq India will provide tracking information for the shipment to the buyer once it becomes available.
  2. Buyers can track the status and location of their shipments using the provided tracking information.

Recipient's Availability:

  1. The recipient or authorized representative should be available at the provided delivery address to accept the shipment.
  2. In case the recipient is unavailable, the logistics provider may make additional attempts or follow the established delivery process.

Shipping Address:

  1. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
  2. InLiq India will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

Insurance:

  1. InLiq India may offer shipping insurance for valuable or delicate items. This will be communicated to the buyer as an optional service.
  2. Buyers interested in shipping insurance should notify InLiq India at the time of purchase.

Returns and Refunds:

  1. Items damaged during transit will be assessed for replacement or refund. Buyers must notify InLiq India within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item.
  2. Refunds for shipping charges will be processed if the order is cancelled before shipment. No refunds will be provided for shipping charges once the item has been dispatched.
